Account Support

How do I create an account?

You must have an account to purchase from the store. You can do this during the checkout process or you can create one now. Simply fill in your details on the account page found here. You can also click the 'account' tab in the top navigation bar.

Once you have an account, you'll be able to view your past orders, access previous purchases and update your details. You'll also be able to shop quickly as your details will be pre-filled when you're logged in as a user.

I've forgotten my password!

First make sure you're logged out of your account. Then head on over to the 'lost password' page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and then you will receive an email detailing how to reset your password. If you get an error saying your email address doesn't exist, you have likely entered your email address incorrectly during the account creation process. If that's the case, you'll need to send through a support email so the team can troubleshoot this for you.

I'm getting an 'invalid email or user' error.

You have likely entered your email address incorrectly during the account creation process. Sometimes you may have signed up for the email list or the website using two different emails and sometimes it may just be a simple typo. Either way, you'll need to send through a support email using your preferred email address so the team can troubleshoot this for you.

I accidentally wrote my email incorrectly during the account set up.

If you've made a mistake, you can change your email yourself by logging into your account (using the incorrect email address) and then going to your account details in the dashboard. However, if you know you've made a mistake but you're not sure of the spelling or error, send through a support email so the team can troubleshoot this for you.

I'm on your email list but I can't access the Free Resource Library

Being an email list subscriber is different to being a member of the site. In order to access the free resource library, head on over to this page. You'll need to add the free resource library to your cart and then log in with your existing account OR create a new account. Follow the prompts to check out (it's totally free so long as you don't have anything else in your cart!). Then head on over to your account page where you'll find a link to see your current memberships! You'll need to be logged in to access the Free Resource Library.

Purchasing Support

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept payments via Paypal and Stripe (credit card). You can also use Paypal to pull funds from your bank account as well.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately refunds are not typically processed due to the digital nature of the products available in my store. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in contact within 24 hours of purchase to discuss your needs.

I don't live in Australia, can I still purchase from your site?

Yes! Of course! While our products are listed in AUD, anyone is able to purchase from the store no matter where they live. You'll just be charged the converted rate during the checkout process. You can use this Currency Converter Tool to find out what the price is in your local currency.

Australian customers are charged a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Australian Tax Laws which is already included in the price. If you are purchasing internationally, you will not be charged this tax.

What do I do if a colleague wants a copy of the resource I've purchased?

While we love that you'd like to share, it is against the Terms of Use to email or redistribute products purchased from Little Lifelong Learners. Each resource is for single classroom or personal use only. You will be breaking copyright laws if you share the resources you have purchased. This includes but is not limited to emailing files, uploading to shared drives and sharing logins. If your colleague or friend wants a copy, you can forward the link to the product in the store so they can purchase a single use license for themselves.

Can you edit the resource to suit my needs better?

We do accept edits from time to time depending on the nature of the revision. If you have a request, please send through and email at with your request and we will see what we can do. However, please keep in mind that this is dependent on clip art availability and not all custom edits will be possible.

I'd like to request a specific resource - how do I do that?

We have a running list of requests we are working through currently. If you have a custom resource request, send through a support email and we'll add it to our growing list!

I really wanted a hard copy not a digital download!

Unfortunately, all products are digital in nature. This allows us to reach many more families than we could if we were selling hard copies of resources.

I can't find the checkout button on my device.

Once you've added your products to your cart, you will need to keep scrolling to the bottom of the page. You'll see some suggested resources - keep scrolling and you'll find the checkout button at the end of the page.

I need an invoice for tax purposes.

You can download your purchase invoice from your account page after purchase! Head on over to your account page and click on the orders tab. You'll see an option to download a PDF invoice for tax purposes.

Download Support

How do I download my purchase?

After you have completed your purchase, you will be taken to an Order Received page. You can download your purchase right away by clicking on the download button as pictured below. This will open your download in a new window which you can then save and/or open.

You'll also receive an email once your purchase is finalised. Sometimes this goes to your spam or promotions folder and very rarely, this disappears into cyber space never to see the light of day again. The download button in your email will take you to your account where you'll need to log in using the details you provided during your account set up.

Can I download my purchases at a later date?

You can access your purchases whenever you like, whether that's straight after checkout or a week, a month or a year later. You'll have access for as long as the site is active but it's always a good idea to save a copy to your computer or USB drive as well, just in case!

All you need to do is log back into your account via the My Account page. You'll see an option to view your previous orders and downloads. Click on the downloads tab and you'll see your purchases there ready waiting for you!

I never received an email after my purchase. What do I do?

Sometimes the email goes to your spam or promotions folder. Sometimes very rarely, the email disappears into cyber space never to see the light of day again - this seems to happen frequently with Gmail and school/government email addresses. However, do not worry! If you miss the Order Received page or don't receive your email, you can access your purchases via your account over on the website at any time.

My purchase isn't appearing in my account. Why can't I access it?

This is usually because you have purchased your products using a different email address/account to your other purchases. If you've done this, the support team can merge your accounts together. Just fill in a support request with your email addresses and full name so it can be fixed for you.

I'm having trouble downloading on my phone or device.

We do not provide support for downloading resources on mobile devices or tablets. There are so many different phones, tablets and iPads available and we do not have the resources to test on so many different platforms.

It is recommended that users download their purchases onto a computer or laptop. Please make sure you have a program that allows you to download and view PDF files on your computer.

However, the most common device download issues we see are when your internet connection isn't strong enough to handle the large files and downloads. If this is the case, you will need to try and download your purchases via a desktop computer or laptop with a stronger internet connection. Unfortunately purchases cannot be emailed as the files are too large.

"This site cannot be reached" error

This is typically to do with your firewall settings and often happens in schools and other Intranet access points. You can speak to your IT person to get assistance with this. Alternatively, try accessing the site from your mobile device using your mobile data if possible.

"This page isn't supported" error

Files from Little Lifelong Learners are stored on external servers based in the US using Amazon S3. These services are down for maintenance occasionally and this is typically in their 'low' time of early in the morning which just so happens to be in our peek nighttime usage time most of the time. Unfortunately site maintenance happens but the servers aren't typically down for longer than an hour.

"That's not your download link" error

In order to protect files from being shared illegally, all download links are protected so that only the person that purchased the product can use the link. This error usually occurs when you click the download link in an email but you're already signed into the site with a different email address meaning that you have two or more accounts set up on the site with different email addresses. Simply sign out of the account on the site and sign back in with the email address you made the purchase from. If you'd like to consolidate your accounts, send through a support request and the team will help you troubleshoot this.

Can you just email the resource to me instead?

Unfortunately we do not have the resources to do this. Most of the downloads on this site are far too big to send via email so you must use your account to download the files. If you can't get your download to work, it is most likely because your internet connection isn't strong enough so you'll need to make sure you've closed all other programs, browsers and windows on your computer and then try again.

Printing Support

I'm having trouble printing my resource.

All files have been saved in high resolution ready for you to print either at home or via a printing company. Follow the steps below to print your PDF.

1. Click to download the file from your account.
2. Be sure to save the file to your desktop computer rather than just open the resource.
3. Open the file with Adobe Acrobat.
4. Select File>Print and then ensure the printer settings are correct.

We personally print at High Quality for the most accurate and highest print quality.

Part of my resource is being cut off when I print.

All resources are designed to be printed on A4 paper. Be sure to select 'fit to page' when printing your resource to ensure that important parts of the page aren't being cut off during the printing process.

My resource is printing too big. How do I change the size?

If you'd like to fit more labels or posters on a page, you can print multiple pages per sheet of paper. To do this, select File>Print and then under the Page Sizing option, select 'multiple.' I often select 2 pages per sheet and then just check that the orientation is correct to make sure that I get the sizing correct. Just be sure to check the little preview window looks correct before printing.

My printing company won't let me print the resource!

Sometimes printing companies will not let you print a document if you don't own the copyright yourself. You can provide them with your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. Alternatively, you can download a Print Release document here.

What kind of printer do you use?

Here at Little Lifelong Learners, we use an Epson ET-3700 Eco Tank (affiliate link). This is a cartridge free printer (yay for the environment!) and uses refillable ink tanks instead. One bottle of ink can print over 11 000 pages of colour printing. We print everything in 'high quality' on 160gsm cardstock.

Can you recommend a laminator?

In an effort to become more sustainable, please consider whether you absolutely need to laminate your resource. Laminated resources cannot be recycled (unless the paper inside is separated from the laminating sheet first) so a laminated resource will take hundreds of years to break down.

We love using reusable pockets which you can purchase from Amazon (affiliate link) and Officeworks. If you do choose to laminate your resources, we have a $20 laminator from Officeworks which has been working well for many years now.
