Your little learners will LOVE matching the fish cards to their game board – whether they’re an early learner matching numerals to numerals, or a trickier version of the game matching number words to numerals! You can differentiate the game to suit the needs of your little learners!

Simply select a game board from pages 3 to 10 and a set of fish from pages 11 to 15 which should cut out and pop in a bag or bowl.  Be sure to check that the board and fish suit the needs of your learners. For example, early learners may benefit from numeral to numeral matching (page 3 and 11) while advanced learners may benefit from mixed teen number words to numerals (page 10 and 14).

Your little learner can then select a fish from the bag and match it to the correct numeral or number word (depending on the game board selected).
