Next term, I am having a strong focus on reading comprehension strategies. While there are many important strategies we can teach out children, I have picked 6 to focus on in Prep.
I have made some posters which I’ll be displaying in our reading corner for students to refer to as they read. I will also have a set in my guided reading tub that I’m currently working on!
Eventually, I will also create some graphic organisers and maybe some mini lessons to go with each strategy, but right now you can grab these posters with matching bookmarks over in my store!
